Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions, including their contents, represent the final agreement between the parties.
Saudi Bazaar is not bound by any amendments, changes or any new terms and conditions to be added to what is stated herein unless Its written, signed and approved by an authorized Person from our Platform.
Same situation will be for any request for shipment or any similar transaction 
containing additional printed terms and conditions than agreed or inconsistent 
with the provisions. If any of these terms or conditions is rendered invalid by 
a court of competent jurisdiction, this shall not affect the other terms and 
conditions herein agreed upon
 
1.     
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS:
A. All orders are subject to written price verification by authorized 
Person from Our Platform Staff unless designated in writing to be firm for a 
specified period of time.
B. b) Only the Saudi Bazaar management has the right to accept or reject 
purchase orders in whole or in part without the need to give reasons, and if the 
request is accepted, the platform management has the right to determines the 
minimum or maximum quantity for each order.
C.  During the period of Saudi National Day offers or official discount 
sales, the consumer has the right to purchase only one piece or the maximum 
number of product shown on the page
 
2.     
CAPACITY & PERFORMANCE: 
Products in the 
Saudi bazaar
include home appliances, air conditioners and refrigerators with model number. 
This model does not necessarily mean the actual performance of the device.
However, the actual capacity and strength of performance depends on the data 
shown at the energy efficiency label approved by Saudi Standards Organization 
(SASO).
 
3. REPLACEMENT - The platform has the right to replace the product with another product of the same type, quality and function without prior notice, so if the buyer does not wish to receive an alternative product, he must declare that he does not wish to do so when inquiring about the price, if the process requires prior inquiry about the price, or to specify that when placing his order on our platform.
In all cases, the replacement is subject to the terms of the product agent in 
KSA, provided that the maximum replacement does not exceed 10 days from the date 
of receipt the product by consumer
 
4.     
PRICE 
- Prices quoted, including any transportation charges, are valid for 10 days 
unless designated as firm for as pacific period pursuant to a written quote or 
written sales acceptance issued or verified by officer or other authorized 
person from Our Platform. A price designated as firm for a specific period may 
be revoked by Our Platform if their vocation is in writing and is mailed to the 
Buyer prior to the time a written acceptance of the price is received by Our 
Platform.
 
5.     
STOCK AVAILABLE: 
Saudi Bazaar Platform will oblige to the buyers to fulfill their orders 
according to the available quantity in the stock, and if the ordered Item out of 
stock, it is obliged to return the amount paid as the value of the product to 
the buyer, and will not be any obligations or compensation if no stock 
available.
 
6.     
Shipping -
 A. The 
Saudi Bazaar 
ships the goods to the buyer according to the shipping methods and logistic 
companies approved by it, and in case if there is any notes about the condition 
of shipped product or delay in the shipment arrival, we must be informed within 
3 days of confirming the shipping date to follow up and take the necessary 
action.
 B. The shipping Period usually takes between 24 hours to 15 days for 
Domestic shipment, this period depending on the required product type, the place 
of shipping and the place of delivery and the merchant (the seller).
If it is overseas shipment, the delivery period maybe takes up to 30 days, 
depending on the required product type, the place of shipping and the place of 
delivery and the merchant (the seller).
C. In all cases, 
Saudi Bazaar 
guaranteed the delivery of the product to the buyer.
D.  The serial number (SN) printed on the bill of lading or any other 
document associated with delivery and receipt must match the number of the 
product being received, exchanged or returned.
 
7.     
Points:
A. The 
Saudi Bazaar 
created a points program as reward for its customers and their loyalty to it, 
they can earn it on every complete order, it will be calculated after the 
deadline for returning the products (10 days) or as determined by the platform 
Admin.
The validity of these points is 12 months from the date of Invoice, subject to 
change with prior notice from the platform. These points can be redeemed 
according to the Slides specified for them and upon reaching the allowable 
redemption limit.
B. In the event that the (cashback - cashback) campaign is in effect, the 
financial value equal to the declared percentage on each product and/or on the 
total purchases will be added to the customer’s wallet as an amount that he can 
use for his new purchases, and it cannot be refunded in cash in any way, 
provided that This amount is used after the expiry of the deadline for the 
return as stated in Paragraph (a).
C. The cashback campaign - cashback, as well as other offers, are subject 
to the terms and conditions approved on the platform, and it's validity extends 
for the period specified in the campaign or when stocks run out, whichever comes 
first.
 
8.     
Additional accessories: 
There are some products that need additional accessories or tools to it, and 
these additions are divided into two parts:
A - Free add-ons: These additions are often a necessity for installation, 
Saudi Bazaar and merchants (sellers) are obligated to provide these additions 
free of charge.
B - Optional add-ons: these additions under paid value, it comes in 
separate invoice and shall be paid before installation after determining the 
quantities, types and value of it.
the commitment of the Saudi Bazaar and its merchants (sellers) to the client 
coupled according to the availability of these add-ons.
 
9.     
FORCE MAJEURE / uncontrollable conditions 
– Saudi Bazaar is not responsible for any failure to carry out its duties 
resulting directly or indirectly from force majeure circumstances that cannot be 
controlled such as: buyer actions, emergency weather conditions, fires, 
pandemics, cases out of control , delay in the shipping process, and the 
inability to provide the raw materials necessary to complete the work, such as: 
energy sources, basic components, manpower, fuel and supplies, or any other 
circumstances beyond the control of the platform, whether they are identical or 
not identical to what was previously mentioned.
 
10.  
WARRANTY 
- We guarantee that all products offered are free of defects, and are 
manufactured according to the quality standards approved by the Saudi Standards 
and Metrology Organization (SASO), the Ministry of Commerce in K.S.A, and ensure 
the efficiency of products carried label energy efficiency for electrical 
appliances guaranteed by the Saudi Bazaar and its partners in The Platform from 
agents and trademark owners. The warranty lasts for the period indicated on each 
product and in accordance with Saudi Arabia's consumer protection regulations.
 
11.  
COMPENSATION and liability limits 
- Saudi Bazaar is not responsible for any consequential, accidental loss, damage 
or expenses resulting directly or indirectly from the sale, use or otherwise of 
the product or any related reason. Whatever the claims made to our company, 
including allegations of non-compliance with warranty or negligence, its sole 
responsibility is to replace products that do not comply with this agreement, or 
to return the value of this goods to the customer account, or to coordinate with 
it to repair the pieces as the Platform sees it. It's appropriate. If Saudi 
Bazaar requests the return of the goods to it, the return shipment will be 
delivered to our warehouse on the Platform return instructions. Therefore, the 
compensation mentioned in this paragraph represents the sole source of the 
customer against Saudi Bazaar if it violates one of its obligations, whether it 
is the guarantee or any breach of another kind. As long as our Platform does its 
best to correct any possible breach of the law, it ensures that the compensation 
it provides as stated in this clause is satisfactory.
 
12.  
The
Saudi Bazaar
shall not be liable to any kind of compensation to the customer or the business 
partners and to the dealers through this platform if it is stopped or closed at 
the request or instructions of the government authorities.
 
13.  
DISPUTE SETTLEMENT LAW 
and applicable law - 
Any dispute, disagreement or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, 
including its existence, validity, interpretation, or breach, or any dispute 
relating to contractual obligations arising out of or in connection therewith 
shall be resolved by the laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia. 
 
14.  
ATTORNEY&LITIGATION COSTS- 
in case claim is filed against the customer to collect the price of the goods 
purchased or any unpaid value or any breach of the terms and conditions agreed 
upon by the customer, the customer shall pay a reasonable compensation to the 
attorney's fees in addition to any compensation the court acknowledges for any 
other damages resulting. 
 
15.  
PLACE OF LITIGATION 
-
  Riyadh 
shall be considered the place of litigation adopted in case of having to resort 
to the judiciary to resolve a dispute that may arise or the claims resulting 
from the contract.
 
16.  
LANGUAGE 
-This agreement has been written in the Arabic language and, If the event of any 
conflict, the different meanings or contradictory between the Arabic-language 
version and any translation hereof, the Arabic language shall prevail.
